A 6-month journey for women ready to cross the threshold into who they’re still becoming — not just explore it, but move through it with intention, depth, and guidance.
A 6-month depth coaching journey for women ready to cross the threshold — not just stand at it. Combining 12 live sessions with 6 Digital Integration Guides, this work weaves together Jungian psychology, Immunity to Change, and visual practice for women ready to release who they’ve been and step into who they’re still becoming.
A Different Kind of Depth Work This journey weaves together three practices that support you in releasing what no longer fits and stepping into who you’re becoming: Jungian depth psychology for meeting the parts of yourself you’ve hidden or set aside, Gestalt somatic awareness for listening to the body’s wisdom, and visual practice for making the invisible visible. We also use the Immunity to Change framework to understand the protective structures you built in the first half of life — and why they may no longer serve you.
The Visual Journaler™ methodology accesses intuitive wisdom directly, bypassing the analytical mind. When you give form to what you're releasing, something deeper emerges — the knowing that lives in your body, your symbols, your soul.
This work isn't about more insight — it's about integration. Visual practice moves wisdom from head to heart to hands to lived reality. You don't just understand your journey; you embody it.
Through the Immunity to Change framework, you'll understand the protective structures you built in the first half of life. What served you then may be constraining or keeping you from moving forward. Clarity is your friend and creates choices.
Through this work, you discover ways of being that have been buried under roles and expectations. The woman you're still becoming emerges. You stop performing and start living from wholeness.

Limited availability — this program is limited to a small number of clients to ensure each woman receives deep, personalized attention.
Absolutely. The visual practice in this program isn't about creating art — it's about accessing wisdom that lives beneath thinking. We start simple: arranging images, working with color, allowing symbols to emerge. No drawing, painting, or artistic skill required. Many of the most powerful transformations come from women who said, "I'm not artistic." This is about integration, not art-making.
Traditional coaching often focuses on goals, accountability, and strategies for change. This work goes deeper. We're not fixing what's broken — we're integrating what's whole. Through Jungian depth psychology, somatic awareness, and visual practice, you'll access parts of yourself that talk-based coaching alone can't reach.
Basic supplies for visual practice: a journal or mixed media paper, magazines for cutting images, glue stick, and whatever drawing/coloring materials you enjoy (colored pencils, markers, etc.). Detailed supply guidance is provided in your first Digital Integration Guide. You won't need to invest in expensive art supplies.
No. I'm a coach, not a therapist. This program is for women navigating the natural transitions of the second half of life — not acute crisis or clinical mental health needs. If you're in active crisis or need therapeutic support, this isn't the right fit. If you're doing well but sense there's deeper work to do, you're in the right place.
Plan for approximately 1-2 hours per week: one 45-minute coaching session every two weeks, plus time with your Digital Integration Guide (teaching, reflection, and visual practice) between sessions. The work is designed to fit into a full life while still creating meaningful depth.
Each month you receive a comprehensive guide built in Rise 360 — an immersive digital learning platform. Your guide includes: teaching on the month's theme, guided meditations, reflection prompts, visual practice instructions, and integration exercises. It's your companion between sessions, designed to deepen the work we do together.
Yes. We can discuss payment options during our conversation. I want this work to be accessible to women who are truly ready for it.
Once the program has begun, there are no cancellations or refunds. This policy reflects the nature of the commitment — both yours and mine. The Journey asks for your full presence over six months, and I hold space for you throughout that time. This is why our initial conversation matters: we both need to know this is the right fit before we begin.
Schedule a complimentary 30-minute conversation to explore whether The Second Half of Life Journey aligns with where you are in your journey.
This is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We’ll discuss:
I only work with women when there’s clear alignment — this conversation helps us both know if this is the right path, at the right time, for the right reasons.
